If you’re a Verizon customer and have an iPhone, there’s a good chance that you’re using the carrier’s cloud-based service, Verizon Cloud. If you’re not, it’s time to get rid of it. The cloud-based service is a great way to keep your data safe and secure, but it can also be a bit of a hassle to use. Here are some tips on how to remove Verizon Cloud from your iPhone:
- First, make sure that you’re signed in to your account with Verizon Cloud. If you aren’t, sign in now and then use the “delete account” link at the bottom of each page to remove the service from your device.
- Next, open up Settings and select “Cloud.” Under “Cloud Storage,” select “Remove.” Once that’s done, close Settings and restart your device for the changes to take effect.
- Finally, if you’ve already deleted the service from your device but still need it for future needs, go ahead and add it back in by going into Settings again and selecting “Cloud Storage” again under “Storage.”
