If you have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9, there are a few ways to remove the account from the device. The first is to go to Settings > Accounts and disable all of yourSamsung Galaxy Note 9’s accounts. The second is to go to Settings > Security and enable two-factor authentication. The third is to go to Settings > About phone and check the box that says “Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (SM-N950U)”. If all of these methods don’t work, you can try using a computer or phone with Samsung Galaxy Note 9 support.
