Please be advised that when you uninstall the Outlook.com app from your mobile device, it will not delete any of your emails that have been synchronized with it. Only the Outlook.com client components would be removed from the phone after that.

Because Outlook is installed as a device administrator, you can’t just remove it from Android. If you accept that the Outlook app may be the device administrator, you must then apply further security settings. You won’t be able to remove the Outlook app again if you change your mind.

Tap the top-left home icon in Outlook to get your account. In the lower-left corner, select Settings. Select your staff Exchange email account from the list under Accounts. At the bottom of this screen, choose Delete Account and confirm when prompted.

To remove a profile picture, start by opening Outlook for iOS. Click your image and choose Settings at the bottom right of the screen. Select the account you’d want to remove. Click delete account.
