If you’re like most people, you use your iPhone to manage your email, calendar, and contacts. But if you want to remove Outlook from your iPhone 7, it’s not as easy as just deleting the app. ..

Open the Settings menu. Step 2: Select Mail, Contacts, and Calendars from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the screen. Step 3: Locate your Outlook.com email address on the list at the top of the screen and select it. Step 4: At the bottom of the screen, tap Delete Account to remove your account.

Step 1: Open the Settings App and go to “General” (or “iPhone Storage”). Step 2: Select the app you want to remove. Step 3: Choose “Delete App” and confirm by selecting “Delete App” one again.

Tap Delete Account in the top-right corner of the screen. To delete your mailbox, go to Outlook and select the top-left home icon. In the lower left menu, choose Settings. Select your staff email (Exchange) account from the list under Accounts. At the bottom of this screen, choose Remove Account and confirm when requested.

If the email account is a corporate email address, you may have a profile on your iPhone. To remove this profile, go to Settings > General > Profile and then Remove Profile.

Open the Settings app on your device. Select Passwords & Accounts from the drop-down menu. Tap Add Account at the bottom of the screen. Select Other from the drop-down menu and then Add Mail Account. Fill in your name, email address, password, and, if desired, a description for this account.
