If you’re looking to remove negative Google reviews from your website, there are a few things you can do.
- Start by checking to see if the review is real. If it’s not, you can try to contact the person who wrote it and ask them to remove it.
- If the review is real, try to remove it yourself. You can do this by going to the Google Review Center and clicking on the “Remove” button next to the review you want to remove.
- If all of these steps don’t work, then you may need to reach out to a lawyer or dispute resolution service for help removing negative reviews from your website.
There is no “delete” option for Google reviews. . . The individual who wrote the review can delete it, and your firm may “mark the review as incorrect.” By flagging the review, Google knows it’s fraudulent or out of compliance with Google’s standards.
Look up the feedback on Google Maps. After clicking the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the review (see image), choose “Flag as inappropriate.” THIS OPTION SHOULD ONLY BE CHOSEN IF YOU ARE SURE IT IS A FRAUD. IF YOU HAVE AN OVERAGE OF REVIEWS, CHOOSE THIS OPTION ONLY
Use your Google account to log in to Google Maps. Find your company through search. Select “All reviews” from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. Locate and click on the review you wish to remove. Fill out the “Report a policy violation” form with all necessary information.
Go to Google on your computer. Look for your Business Profile. nClick Reviews. find the review you’d like to report and click it. appoint at the star rating while pointing at the photo of a child in a cowboy outfit labeled “straightforward.” -> On your browser, go to Google. Find your Company Profile and click it
Do not avoid digital discussion if they gave you a negative review on Capterra or Google. Responding to terrible reviews in public demonstrates that you care and are attentive. What’s the importance of being attentive? It might result in more business.
