If you’re a Microsoft Azure customer, it’s important to keep your credit card details safe and secure. Here are some tips on how to remove credit card details from Microsoft Azure:
- Log in to Microsoft Azure and open the Accounts portal.
- In the Accounts portal, click on the “Credit cards” tab.
- Scroll down and click on the “Remove account” button.
- Enter your credit card information in the “Credit card information” field and click on the “Remove account” button.
- Click on the “Create new account” button to finish removing your credit card details from Microsoft Azure.
Select Cost Management Billing in the Azure portal. Select Billing profiles from the left-hand side of the screen. From the table on the right, click the ellipsis next to your billing profile to remove it. Delete will be selected by default if you don’t change anything else; otherwise, select Yes or No depending on whether you want.
As the Account Administrator, sign in to the Azure portal. Search for Cost Management Billing. Select Payment methods from the drop-down menu. choose a credit card from the list on the right. Make any necessary changes to your credit card information. Select Next to continue.
In the Azure portal, go to Cost Management Billing. Select Recurring charges under Billing. Select the ellipsis next to the support plan line item and choose to Turn off auto-renewal.
With your Microsoft account, sign in to the Payment options page. choose Remove from the drop-down menu next to the payment method you wish to remove. Select Remove from the drop-down menu after confirming that you want to delete your payment option.
To cancel your membership, go to the Manage tab then click the correct subscription name. To cancel your subscription, click the Cancel Subscription link on the next screen. To confirm the cancellation of your membership, select Yes. Select one Reason for Cancellation if you choose this option.
