If you have an Outlook 2016 account, you can remove a primary account by going to the Accounts tab and clicking on the Remove Account button. This will remove your account from Outlook and all its associated data. If you have multiple accounts in Outlook, this will also remove them all.


There are two ways to change the primary account in Outlook. First, you can go to File then Account Settings then Change Primary Account. Second, you can click on the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen and select Change Primary Account.

Outlook’s settings are stored in the registry. To delete a main Outlook profile, you must first create an orphaned profile by renaming it to something like “Outlook Profile (Deleted)”. Then, use the registry editor to delete the original profile.

To remove an account from the Outlook app, you will need to open the app and go to “Settings.” From there, select “Accounts” and then choose the account you want to delete. You can also delete it by going to “Me” at the top of your inbox, selecting the account you want to delete, and pressing “Delete Account.

In Outlook 2016, go to the File tab and then click on Options. In the window that pops up, select Account Settings and then Advanced E-mail Options. Under the section where it says “Show my profile photo in messages,” select Yes or No.

The easiest way to remove an Outlook profile from the registry is to delete the profile. To do this, open Outlook and choose File > Exit. This will close the application and remove the profile from the registry.
