If you have an email account with Google, you can remove a device from it by going to the Gmail settings and clicking on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to a page where you can select which devices you want to remove from your account. Once you have selected which devices you want to remove, click on the Remove button. You will be asked for your password and then your email address will be removed from your account.
