Go to iCloud.com and change your My Devices section. Review the list of devices and select the one you’d like to remove. After next to it, click Delete. If you do not see a Delete button, look for one below the device’s serial or IMEI number.

Both systems have a Manage Devices page that lists all of the devices connected to each system.
