How to completely Uninstall any software from your Computer?
Login to your account at https://www.sugarsync.com/login. Select Manage from the drop-down menu in the top right corner. Locate and click Remove on the computer or mobile device you wish to remove.
To reset your Sugar Sync account, download and run the SugarSync Manager. Hold down the “Ctrl,” “Shift,” and “R” keys on your computer’s keyboard to begin the reset process. Select “Yes” from the reset confirmation pop-up window.
Open a Finder window. Go to the menu bar or press Command + Shift + G to open the folder where you copied SugarSync files. Delete the entire SugarSync folder from there.

To begin, please ensure that your computer is connected to the Internet and that the SugarSync Desktop App is open. If the software does not start properly on computer startup, double-check that you have enabled this in the app’s preferences.
