This includes your username, password, and email address. If you can’t find this information anywhere else, be sure to contact Sing support for help recovering these details. Once you have this information, the next step is to create a new Sing account. This will require filling out some basic information about yourself, such as your name and age. Once this is complete, you’ll be able to start uploading new songs and videos again. You’ll need to reinstall Authenticator on your phone. Alternatively, you may use a web-based tool like Authy. Other options do exist. All of your accounts must be recreated. This is only feasible if account recovery is successful.

Select the Forgot User ID / Password option in the window’s center. On the following screen, choose a password. Enter your official User ID. Fill in your registered Date of Birth on this page. Provide the Captcha code to verify your identity. Select Submit from the drop-down menu that appears once you’ve completed all of these steps.
