Recovery Email?

Deleted mailboxes are kept by Exchange Online until their retention period expires, which is 30 days. The mailbox and all of its contents are retained after deletion for 30 days. After 30 days, the mailbox is permanently deleted and may not be restored.

In the EAC, click Recipients > Mailboxes in the left-hand column. Click More after selecting the deleted mailbox you want to connect a user to. Then, click Connect. Select Yes when prompted if you want to link the mailbox.

If you are using a version 2 mailbox, go to the Library folder inside your user directory. If not, create one now. You need not maintain a V2 version of your user account; however, if you have an older backup and want to switch back for convenience’s sake, follow these steps: 1) Select your User Library as described above?

In Outlook, go to your email folder list and then select Deleted Items. Select Home at the top left, then Recover Deleted Items From Server. Then choose the item you’d like to restore, click Restore Selected Items, and then OK.

Select File Import Mailboxes. Select Apple Mail as the data type. Select the Select option for the disk drive where Disk Drill has recovered your deleted email. Click Choose to begin importing the retrieved emails. to finish, click Continue in order to import the recovered emails.
