If you’ve ever deleted a game from your PlayStation 4, there’s a good chance you’re not the only one. In fact, according to Sony, as of September 2018 there were over 20 million PS4s in use worldwide. That means that if you delete a game, it’s not just a waste of space on your hard drive - it could also be hurting other people’s chances of playing that game. Fortunately, there are ways to recover deleted games on your PS4. The first step is to make sure you have an accurate backup of your games and data. If you don’t have a backup, or if the backup is old or corrupted, Sony offers a free service called “PlayStation Plus Backup and Restore.” This service will create an automatic backup of your games and data every week so that you can restore them if something happens to your original copy. If you do have a backup, the next step is to try restoring the game from the backup. To do this, go to “Settings” on your PS4 and select “System.” Under “System Settings,” select “Restore System.” On the next screen, select “Select Games and Data” and choose the game from your backup that you want to restore. Finally, choose “Restore.” If restoring the game doesn’t work or if you just want to try recovering one specific game instead of all of them, Sony offers another free service called “PlayStation Network Recovery.” This service will scan for lost files related to specific games on your PS4 and let you recover them if they’re available online. ..

Get Back Your Deleted Files On PS5 / PS4

Visit the Google Play Store. Open the Google Play Store on your phone or tablet and verify you’re on the store’s home page. Tap the 3 Line Icon. Select My Apps & Games from the menu. From the menu, choose Library. Select Deleted Apps to resinstall them if necessary.

However, if you delete a digital game that you’ve purchased via the PSN, you can reinstall it from the store as long as you’re logged into the account that originally bought it.

That game is no longer available on the PlayStation Store, so deleting it from your PS4 means that it will be lost forever.

If you accidentally delete files from your PS4, you may reconnect your flash drive and retrieve data from the system hard drive. To do so, go to Settings. Follow these steps: System > Backup & Restore > Restoring Your PS4 > Choose backup files > Select Yes after clicking OK.

Select My PlayStation from the sign-in screen and then Game Library > Purchased from the PlayStation App.
