If you have Gmail, you may have noticed that some of your emails have been deleted. This is because Gmail deletes emails after 30 days, in order to save space on the server. If you don’t want your emails to be deleted, you can try to recover them by using a software program like Gmail Recovery or Google Drive Recovery.

If you’re looking to recover deleted emails from your personal Gmail account, go to Delete or recover deleted Gmail messages. Messages are erased after 30 days and may not be retrieved by users or administrators.

Recover your deleted emails from the Trash/Bin folder on Gmail. Go to your Gmail inbox. On the left side of the screen, there is a list of folders Inbox, Starred, Spam, etc.

Messages that you remove from your trash are permanently deleted from your Gmail. Messages and accounts that have been erased may take up to 60 days to be fully removed from our servers. Deleted communications might remain on backup systems for a period of time after they’ve been deleted.

It’s quite doubtful that anything you delete more than 30 days ago can be recovered; there is no such option with Gmail. You can reach out to see if they still have it if it was an email you sent to someone. If it’s an email you got from someone, you might want to check for a copy.

To the left of your Gmail account’s main screen, you’ll find a variety of choices. Inbox is one of the options. Select 6 More from the drop-down menu. Trash should be selected. You can see all of your deleted emails in the previous thirty days by clicking on the Trash button.
