If you are an Amazon customer and have had your account suspended for any reason, there are a few things you can do to get it back up and running. First, contact Amazon support. They may be able to help you get your account reinstated or even refunded. If that is not possible, then you may need to take some steps to recover your data. Next, find out what happened to your account and try to recreate the steps that led up to it being suspended. This can be done by going through the history of your account and looking for anysuspicious activity or changes that might have occurred after the suspension. Finally, if all of these steps still do not work or you would like more assistance, reach out to one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-822-9227 and they will be happy to help!

If you want to keep your AWS account active, you must pay your bills on time. The platform will allow for small delays in payment, but after that, your account will be canceled. When you don’t pay your charges for three months in a row, the suspension is generally activated.

If your account is canceled, you’ll get several emails from AWS to settle the outstanding balance. After two months, if you don’t pay, they will first suspend your account and then terminate it (erase all data).

Click Reactivate your account at the top of the Account Health web page. Follow the steps on the page to file an appeal. This might include a strategy for action or other supporting documentation. For additional information, see Make a plan of action to restore selling rights.

THEN – Write an appeal response to the suspension.
