How do I change my registered address?

How do I add my payment details?

To further enhance your account management experience, you can now register and save details including credit/debit card information; making it quicker to access Square Enix Members’ Benefits. This feature is optional and registration will only take a few moments. Click on the ‘Register Now’ tab towards the top-right of the screen to register your payment options. Please note if you would like to use this feature in conjunction with PayPal and your country is not listed under ‘Payment Method Countries’, please contact our Customer Support team directly using the help link at the bottom of the screen so that we may assist you further.

If you have already registered your payment options, simply make sure these are up to date by clicking on the ‘Update Payment Details’ tab at the top-right of the screen. Once you have clicked this option, please follow the instructions provided to ensure your payment options are up to date and reflect any recent changes.

How do I change or add multiple payment methods?

To reactivate a Service Account for FINAL FANTASY XIV, log into the Mog Station and select “Reactivate Service Account” from the “Your Account” tab at the top. Follow the on-screen instructions to reactivate your Service Account. Please use the Contact button above if you wish to reactivate your Square Enix account.

SE does not delete accounts, they suspend them. The only time a SE account would be cancelled is if the owner of that account cancelled and deleted it themselves.
