If you’ve ever had your Instagram account deactivated, there’s a good chance you’re wondering how to reactivate it. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Log in to your Instagram account and click on the profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. On the next screen, click on “Settings.”
  3. Under “Account Settings,” scroll down and click on “Deactivate Your Account.”
  4. Click on “Deactivate My Account” and confirm your decision by clicking on “Yes, I Deactivated My Account.”
  5. If you want to keep your photos and videos, copy them over to a different storage location before deactivating your account. Once you’ve deactivated your account, it’s gone for good! ..

Instagram usually takes a few hours to finish the procedure after you’ve chosen to deactivate your account. You can’t reactivate your account during this time. If your account has been disabled for more than a day, you should be able to log back in without difficulty.

Go to the Play Store or iTunes Store on your Android or iOS device and download and install Instagram. Open the program and log in to the login screen. To access your account, go to Settings Account. Tap Login, then authorize it again as necessary.

To change your profile picture, tap it in the lower right corner and go to Profile > Edit Profile. Scroll down and choose Temporarily disable my account from the bottom right option. Select Why are you disabling your account? from the drop-down menu next to Why are you disabling your account? and re-enter your password.

You can reactivate your account at any time if it has been temporarily shut down. It’s best to wait at least 24 hours before reopening your account, as it may take several hours for the deactivation procedure to be completed.

It’s also worth noting that Instagram advises waiting a day or more after deactivating your account to reactivate it, as the process of cancellation may take up to a day.
