If you’re like most people, you probably use Adobe IDs to access your software and content. But if you want to permanently delete your Adobe ID, there are a few steps you need to take. First, open the Adobe ID settings in your account settings. Then click on the “Delete my Adobe ID” link under the “Accounts” section. After clicking on the “Delete my Adobe ID” button, you’ll be asked to confirm your deletion. Once you’ve clicked on the “Confirm deletion” button, your Adobe ID will be permanently deleted from our system.


Open the Credential Manager and remove all certificates starting with “Adobe User” and “Adobe App”.Restart the app.

To deactivate an app on your computer, acknowledge any popup that appears from the application. Select Help > Deactivate and one of the following options: Suspend Activation or Deactivate App

Resetting your passwordOn the account sign-in page, enter your email address and select Continue. Select Reset password, then enter the update code sent to you. Choose a new password (2 times), confirm it and reset it.

An Adobe ID is your email address that you use to log in and access various features for the company, such as downloading apps or services.
