If you’ve ever deleted Facebook from your computer, then you know how to log into Spotify. If not, here’s how:
- Open Spotify and sign in with your account information.
- Click on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen and select “My Music.”
- Scroll down to the bottom of the list and click on “Deleting.”
- Type in your password and click on “Delete.”
If you linked your Spotify account to Facebook but didn’t make it using an email and password, there’s nothing else to do. Click the downwards arrow in the Spotify desktop app > Settings > Social: Disconnect from Facebook, then you’re set.
Unfortunately, deleting your Facebook account also means removing all of your app logins. To function, Tinder requires a Facebook login. Fortunately, Spotify may be used without the need for a Facebook account.
By simply logging back into Facebook or using your Facebook account to log in somewhere else, you may reactivate it at any time. You’ll need access to the email or mobile phone number you use to log in. If you forget your password, you can request a new one.
You may log in with your Facebook account to Spotify if you sign up or connect with it on Facebook. It also allows you to display your Facebook name and picture in the app, as well as quickly locate friends on Spotify.
By modifying your Spotify profile, you may change your email address. However, if you created your Spotify account with your Facebook account, you will not be allowed to change it.
