If you’re a Roku user, you know that there are a lot of ways to hide channels from your viewing. Here are three tips to help you do just that:

  1. Use the Roku app to create custom profiles for each device. This will make it easier to find and hide channels on your Roku.
  2. Use the Roku remote to change the channel order on your devices. This will make it harder for someone else to see which channels are on which devices.
  3. Use a VPN service to encrypt your traffic and keep track of where you’re going with your streaming media. This will help protect your privacy and keep you safe while streaming content on Roku

Selecting Remove channel will delete the selected channel from your Roku. Select Streaming Channels to open the Channel Store on your remote. Select the channel you wish to remove and click OK on your remote. When prompted, select Remove channel and confirm the choice.

Roku does not include private channels in its channel store, which are known as Hidden Channels or Non-Certified Channels. To install one, go to the Add Channel option on the private channel pages linked below.

Make sure you have a Roku device connected to your television. On the home page, browse down and select all of the channels you wish to remove. Select Remove Channels from the menu. To finalize the process, press the OK button. All of the channels will be removed from your list of installed channels.

Sign in to YouTube Studio. Choose Settings from the left-hand menu. Select Channel Advanced Settings from the drop-down menu. Select Remove YouTube Content at the bottom of the page. I’d want to permanently remove my work, so I’ll choose that option. nSelect Yes, delete my content for good!

The Roku mobile app for Android iOS supports the removal of Channels. To conceal things, go to your Roku device’s Settings menu and choose Home Screen. Then pick Hide for the Movie TV Store and/or News Feed from there. You have the option of Revealing them once again.
