There are a few ways to get a live person at Fashion Nova. You can go to the front desk and ask for a model, or you can go up to the modeling room and ask for a model. You can also try going to the backstage area and asking for a model.
According to their current policy, you must return the goods purchased within 30 days of the delivery date, with an order packing slip enclosed, in order to receive a refund. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item of clothing after 30 days, you must notify us immediately.
The carrier is responsible for packages that are reported as delivered by Fashion Nova. We do not provide refunds or credits for items that the shipping company confirms as having been delivered.

We utilize USPS for deliveries to PO Boxes. Expedited shipping, however, is not available to a PO Box. Other delivery services are available and we have the right to make changes at any time.
