Segment your “not-actives” and send them a re-engagement email. After your re-engagement, unsubscribe any “not actives” to save money.

To delete an account, go to your Settings page and select Account from the drop-down menu. Select Pause or Delete a Profile from the drop-down menu. Select Permanently Delete this Account and Continue, then click Continue again.
