If you’re a user of the Zoho Desk software, there are a few steps you can take to delete your account.
- Log in to your account and click on the “delete my account” link.
- Enter your name and password and click on the “delete” button.
- Your account will be deleted and all of your data will be lost.
How to Delete Your Zoho Mail Account?
You can quit your Zoho CRM account at any time by going to https://accounts.zoho.com, clicking Preferences, and then selecting the Close Account option at the bottom. It’s crucial to remember that you won’t be able to access any of Zoho’s services after you close your account.
Go to System > Users and Control > Users. Click the user you wish to remove. At the bottom of the User Details area, click the Delete This User button. You’ll be given a warning asking whether you’re certain that you want to delete this person.
Click Users in the left menu of Zoho One. Select a Pending User from the dropdown menu above the list of users. Then click Delete, then OK or Leave.
Palo Alto Networks reported that hackers, possibly of Chinese origin, exploited a vulnerability in Zoho’s self-serve password management tool ManageEngine from late September to early October.
In the Subscription area, click the down arrow button and then Cancel Trial from the dropdown menu. In the pop-up window, type your password and state why you’re canceling your Zoho CRM Plus trial. Click Cancel My Plus Account to finish.
