If you’re a ZipRecruiter user and want to delete your account, here’s how:

  1. Log in to your account and click the “delete my account” link.
  2. Enter your desired information into the “delete account information” field and click the “delete” button.
  3. Your ZipRecruiter account will be deleted and you’ll need to re-register for a new one.

You can do this in a few different ways including email or phone. Once you have contacted them with your request, they will make sure that it is taken care of for you. If we are unable to take care of things for you when contacting us via telephone or email, then please provide as much information about yourself and why you would like to cancel your membership so that we can better assist in resolving the issue. This may include providing screenshots related to any ads which were posted without authorization under their name and or the ZipRecruiter login information.

If you are not currently using our service and would like to delete your account, please sign in to your Account page first. From there, click on the Close My Account link located within your View List of Accounts section. You’ll see a confirmation window where you can review what content or applications will be deleted from ZipRecruiter. If certain documents should remain accessible after this process has been completed, then make sure that the items to be preserved box is checked before proceeding with the deletion. After checking both boxes, click on Proceed With Your Request and confirm by clicking OK.
