If you have a Windows account, you can delete your account picture by going to the Accounts page on the Windows Control Panel and clicking on the Delete Account Picture link.
Once again, log in to your Profile.live.com using a different browser. click change photo under your profile picture on the homepage of your profile page. Remove and save the image by clicking remove then saving it.
Select Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties. In the System Properties window, select the Advanced tab. Select Settings from User Profiles in the Advanced tab. Select the user profile you want to delete and hit Delete.
Open the Google My Business account on your phone. Select your user name, password, and other personal information from the drop-down menu. Then tap to remove your profile picture from the bottom of the personal information screen. After that, select “No photo” when prompted to upload a new image for your profile.
