If you’re a Western Union customer, there’s a good chance you’ve noticed that your transactions have been disappearing. But don’t worry, there’s a way to get rid of them – and it’s not as hard as you might think. First, open up your Western Union account and click on the “transactions” tab. From here, you’ll see all of your past transactions – including those that have been deleted. To delete a transaction, simply select it from the list and click on the “delete” button.


Western Union does keep records of transactions. These records are available to law enforcement agencies and other authorities upon request.

You can cancel a transaction using the Western Union website. Just go to the “My Transactions” tab and select the transaction you want to cancel. You’ll need your reference number, which is on your receipt. After selecting the transaction, select “Cancel This Transaction” on the next screen.

To view your Western Union history, log into Scotiabank and go to the “Transactions” tab. From there, click on “View All Transactions” under the “Payments” section.
