If you’re like most people, you probably keep track of your weight and body composition on a fitness tracker or online platform like MyFitnesspal. But if you want to delete your weight history on MyFitnesspal, there are a few steps you need to take. First, open MyFitnesspal and sign in. Then, click on the “History” tab. On the left side of the screen, you’ll see a list of all of your past workouts and activities. Click on the “Delete” button next to any of these items to remove them from your history. If you’ve been using MyFitnesspal for awhile and have made some great progress, don’t worry about deleting everything just yet! You can always come back and make changes later if you want to keep track of your progress over time.


To access the Weight History page, go to weighthistory.rubinpost.com using your username and password. Click “My Home,” then “Check-in,” then “Edit Previous Entries.” You can erase weight records or create new ones for any day on this page.

There is currently no option to reset data in the program. We will certainly look into adding this feature in a future update. Resetting your start date, weight, and objectives are our recommended alternatives.

Check-In from the sub-menu on your Home screen. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click Edit Previous Entries. Make any necessary adjustments to your original weight, then Change it. Congratulations! Your Starting Weight has been updated.

MyFitnessPal began tracking users’ diary data for a two-year period. While food, exercise, and water entries older than two years will be removed including these records, you’ll keep your last two years of diary entries.

Open the My Fitness Pal app on your mobile device. in the top left corner of the screen, tap three horizontal lines. Scroll down a bit and choose Goals. Select “Calorie, Carbs, Protein, and Fat Goals” from the drop-down menu under Nutrition Goals.
