If you’re a Tumblr user, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of the app Delete. It’s a great way to quickly and easily delete posts and pages from your account - without having to remember all the passwords or other information. But if you’re not sure how to delete your Tumblr on the app, here’s how:
- Open Delete and sign in.
- Click on the “Delete posts” button at the top of the screen.
- Type in yourTumblr password and click on the “Delete” button.
- Your Tumblr will be deleted and you’ll need to re-login to continue using it.
To cancel your Tumblr account, go to the settings area. You can’t delete your Tumblr account using the mobile app. Only the Tumblr website enables you to remove your account. When you terminate your membership, both your primary blog and all of its related material are also erased.
You may delete your Tumblr account by going to “Edit appearance” and removing it. It’s impossible to restore a deleted Tumblr account. If you remove your account, other people won’t be able to see your Tumblr posts immediately.
Tap the account icon in the upper left corner of your screen. nap your blog’s name in the upper left corner. nSelect “Delete this Tumblr” or “Leave the group” from the gear menu. A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm the removal of your blog. Enter your account password and select “Delete.
You can remove your entire Tumblr account or any of the blogs you’ve built with it at any time. When you delete your Tumblr account, all of your primary blogs and any secondary ones are lost as well. The user email address and blog URL you selected for the account will be restored to the pool for reuse after deleting your Tumblr account.
If your Tumblr account has been deactivated, you won’t be able to visit it with the URL provided when you created it. You may receive a notice that your account has been shut down and an email explaining the situation and how to resolve it if you sign in.
