If you have a switch account, you can delete it by going to the switch website and clicking on the “delete account” link.
Go to the Nintendo eShop on your Switch device. nSelect the user icon in the upper right corner of your screen. from the menu, scroll down to locate and select Nintendo Switch Online. Click on Turn Off Automatic Renewal to terminate your subscription with Nintendo.

In the family group, log in to an admin or parent/guardian Nintendo Account. Select Family group. Select the Nintendo Account you’d like to deactivate as a guardian. Remove parental controls limitations by selecting Lift restrictions.
