If you’re like most Snapchat users, you probably don’t use the app that often. But if you do, it’s probably because you have a lot of friends on it. Deleting your account is easy, but it’s important to do it quickly if you want to keep your privacy. To delete your account, go to the app’s main screen and tap the three lines in the top left corner. On the next screen, tap “Account Settings.” Under “Account Type,” select “Snapchat.” Tap “Delete Account” and confirm by tapping “Yes.” ..


Go to the accounts portal and access the user name and password of the account you want to delete. (Save this information for later in case you decide to reactivate your account.) Your account will be deactivated for 30 days after you’ve completed the process of deleting it.

How to turn off your Snapchat account for a short time. To temporarily disable your Snapchat account, go to the Snap accounts portal website and select Delete Account from the drop-down menu. Don’t worry, there’s a catch: Before it gets deleted permanently, Snapchat will deactivate your account for 30 days.

To remove Snapchat, go to the account page and provide your username (or email) and password. You may also terminate your membership by visiting Snapchat.com and clicking “Support” below the site. Select “My Account & Security” on the left side of the Support page, then “Delete My Account.”

To cancel your Snapchat account, go to “Account & Security,” select “Delete My Account,” then follow the on-screen instructions.
