If you’re a skout user, it’s important to be aware of theDelete Your Skout Account step that you need to take in order to stop using the account. If you don’t take this step, your account will be deleted and all of your data will be lost. To delete your skout account:
- Log into your skout account and click on the “delete my account” link at the top of the page.
- Enter your desired information into the “delete my account” form and click on the “submit” button.
- Your skout account will be deleted and all of your data will be lost!
To cancel your Help Scout account, click the Account icon in the top-right hand corner of the app, then select The plan you currently have on the dropdown menu. Click Cancel my account at the bottom of that page and choose your reason for canceling.
You can’t close an account from outside of the app. On iOS, you will need to go to your Profile > Settings > Support and select Close Account
Press Log Out in the Settings menu. When you log out of the app, your profile will still be visible to all members of the community but you’ll no longer receive any push notifications from it.
