If you’re a Paytm merchant and have an account with the company, it’s important to be aware of how to delete your account. Deleting your account will remove all of your transactions and balances from the platform, as well as any associated data. To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on Paytm.
- Click on the “Delete my account” link under “My Account.”
- Enter in the required information and click on the “Delete my account” button.
- Your account will be deleted and all of your transactions and balances will be removed.
Log in to your Merchant Center account. Click the Tools button. Then choose Account settings from the drop-down menu labeled “Settings” under “Account”. Select Delete Account from the drop-down menu. Read through the warning statement carefully before proceeding. Select Delete Account from the drop-down box.
Log in to the Business App. Go to Accounts. Accept Payment Settings will be selected. Change must be chosen by clicking on it.

To begin, call Paytm’s helpline number, which is 01204456456. If your phone is stolen, select the option for a stolen phone. Then choose the option for changing your contact information. Finally, input your lost phone number. Select all of your devices and log them out individually.
Open the mobile app on your iPhone or Android smartphone. To discover the Delete Account option at the bottom of the App Settings page, login and go to App Settings. Confirm by tapping it then clicking OK.
