If you have an account with Paytm, it’s important to delete it so that your account doesn’t get associated with the company anymore. To do this, follow these steps:
- Open the Helo app and sign in.
- Scroll down and select “My Account.”
- Click on the “Delete my account” button.
- Enter your payment information and click on the “Delete” button.

Call the Paytm Payments Bank customer care helpline number, +1-204-4456456. Select the option for a missing phone. For a new number, pick the second choice. All devices must be logged out of.
To update your bank information, go to Payout Settings under the main Settings menu, select ‘Change’ in the Bank Details section, and follow the instructions on the screen. In most situations, your bank account will be modified almost immediately.
Select the KYC icon. Enter your Aadhaar details and validate the OTP. Verify your information and provide us with some more details. That’s all there is to it; your KYC is now complete.
