If you have an account with Paytm, there are a few steps you can take to delete it.
- Log in to your account and click on the “delete my account” link.
- Enter your name and password and click on the “delete my account” button.
- Your account will be deleted and all of your data will be lost.
If you were using Google Checkout, go to Payout Settings under the main Settings menu, select ‘Change’ in the Bank Details section, and follow the on-screen instructions. In most situations, your bank account will be updated almost immediately.
The “Accounts” button lets you filter the available tabs. Select the menu option that appears when you tap on it. You may also choose which options to see by tapping the magnifying glass next to them in the left-hand menu. Check if your KYC is finished: The blue tick next to your profile photo and name in.
Open the PhonePe app and go to the bottom of the menu. Click on My Money under Payments. Select a bank account from the drop-down list. Unlink your bank account by clicking on Unlink Bank Account below it. On the next page, click on Unlink Bank Account.
How to remove UPI id Delete the UPI id from your account by going to the ‘My Account page. Select UPI-linked bank accounts under UPI settings. Tracking bank accounts with three dots is as simple as clicking a button. Edit the UPI identification number, then erase it! Unlink your bank accounts if you wish to delete them.
It takes approximately 7-10 working days to close an account; however, the time it takes may differ based on your bank. You will be sent an SMS or email notification once your account is closed.
