If you’re thinking of deleting your PayPal business account, there are a few things to keep in mind. First, make sure you have all the information you need to finish the process. - Log in to your PayPal account and click on “My Account.”
- On the left-hand side of the screen, under “Account Settings,” click on “Business Accounts.”
- On the next page, under “Business Accounts,” click on “Delete Account.” If you have any pending payments or invoices associated with your business account, they will be transferred to your personal PayPal account before it is deleted. You will also be notified via email about this process.

Click the Profile and Settings button. Click Account Settings on the drop-down menu. Below the Account Types heading, you will see a Close Account button. To cancel your PayPal account, click this button.
Open the Account Preferences drop-down menu on the left column. Select Close Account next to the Account type information. If necessary, provide your bank account information. Click Close account to finish closing your account.
