If you’ve ever used Soundcloud to share music with your friends, then you’re probably familiar with the feature that allows you to delete your account if you no longer want to use it. If you don’t have an account yet, be sure to sign up for one before deleting your old one. To delete your old Soundcloud account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and click on the “Account” tab.
  2. Scroll down and click on the “Delete Account” button.
  3. Enter your desired information into the “Delete Account Details” field and click on the “Delete Account” button.
  4. Your old Soundcloud account will be deleted and you’ll need to create a new one if you want to continue using it.

We must fully delete data when a signed-in user requests it, for this reason. In other words, our deletion policy protects users’ rights to remove their own account data at any time and prevents the fraudulent deletion of information without the consent of the account owner.

Only one SoundCloud account can be linked to an email address at a time. It’s not possible to operate several accounts from the same email address.

Place a check mark in the upper-right corner of the dots. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu. Click “Delete My Account.” If you want to, please explain why and then click “Delete My Account.”

If you’re using the Android app, go to your Profile page (by tapping the library symbol on the bottom right) and scroll all the way down to ‘Sign Out.’
